My husband and I purchased a home from D and D Builders 1 year ago. This was the best thing we ever did. All the staff there are wonderful.Robert, Deb and Dom, have made our dreams come true. They are great to do business with. They are honest people who love to see the customer totally satisfied. They were along side us, every step of the way. Any questions, concerns, changes and also repairs are always addressed quickly. I would recommend and have recommend D and D Homes to anyone who longs for a truly beautiful home. Do not hesitate to stop by and see the models. They are beautiful (everyone of them.)And if it's not exactly what you need, you have many other plans and layouts to choose from. I cannot express how happy I am with my D&D home! First, Robert was beyond helpful suggesting a tweak in my floor plan here and there and several other design options. We communicated daily and I trusted him implicitly in all aspects of this build. Dominick is a "No BS" builder who knows his trade and takes great pride in his finished product. My next door neighbor was a former builder (age 70ish) and it became his unpaid project to oversee my house being built. I would come on weekends and he would tell me what a great builder Dominick was. This was not a small project (3,200 square feet, not including the garage) and I am thrilled with my new home. If anyone wants to see it, let Robert know. He is always allowed to show my home on the Little Lake at Moosic Lakes.

Just recently closed on our house mid December and couldn't be happier with both the house and D&D .. from the very beginning Rob and Deb were patient and helpful with the design and building of the house .. we had some additional work completed by them and were very happy with both the time frame and the work itself , let face it , its a house, a nice sized house and there's always going to be a something here, something there, but each and everything I mentioned was taken care of immediately, professionally and to my satisfaction.. no questions asked . I wish all my experiences with contractors were like the ones I've had with D&D ......all I know was the first time we met with them for the final inspection my wife broke down and cried when we enter the house , she was so happy and that's good enough for me.. I would recommend them to my best friends...

We love our house that was build by D & D homes back in 2009. They 're a great company with excellent workers. They never forget they built your home and whatever they can to make things right . We are so happy with them that the have become 2 of our closest friends.

D & D homes built our home last October, and it is beautiful. When they say it's custom...it really is custom. My husband and I planned every detail of this house, and they brought it to life for us. We even got our giant bay window in the kitchen we wanted. Also, they showed us a digital rendering of our house before it was built. How cool is that? We get a lot of compliments on our home as well. People can't believe it's a modular. Modulars are much better than they were years ago. The building standards are top notch now. Moreover, D & D Homes are skilled and ethical builders. They use the same talented staff on every house rather than subcontracting random laborers.
